The returning process is so confusing. Sometimes it doesn’t say return initiated. At times if the message pop up that return is initiated , it doesn’t come in my mail.

Twice now my husband and I had to return items to M&S India that we had ordered on line. The return process in the store both times was worse than a root canal. They had no clue at one store and the second store was not much better. Otherwise, we love M&S, but definitely need to better their process in India. Never had that problem in the UK.

Customer service
So I used my first time discount code but didnt go through. I tried calling customer service but they didnt pick up. Since the item was running low, I had to order with the original price. But when I received the item, I asked the customer service for a refund for the coupon amount. First, they were being so rude on the call and they didng help me at all. Keep saying you can use it in the next purchase.

It’s really difficult to make an account on M&S site …takes lot of time unlike other sites … also I couldn't login into my old account and had to make new again.
