Don’t consider using this app to process EBT payments unless you want to spend insane amounts of hours troubleshooting system and equipment failures. The depth of their support knowledge is practically useless, super slow and the equipment you need to use is horrible. We use this system once a week for about five hours, and our downtime is unacceptable because we consistently have problems with it working properly. We have to troubleshoot the app and equipment every week. Now we are being told that we need a new card reader after less than six months of use. Pure garbage. There has to be a better way because this isn’t it.
