Excited to implement
I have had the opportunity to see the development of this product through the past year. Chad and his crew are constantly working to perfect this app. They have involved me in several questionnaires and pilot runs to see what truly is the most important to me and other sportsmen when it comes to using apps and hunting products. This application will be a must have in those grinder hunting situations where mid-day glassing is key. Surprisingly accurate
I’m not sure how they have created an app to identify deer in real time! Using HuntScan has been great at identifying deer. As I glass deer I use HuntScan and it will show me more deer than I had originally seen. It does occasionally miss identify rocks and stumps as deer (don’t we all), but with updates there is less and less of this. I will definitely be using it this year for scouting and hunting!Show lessBigGameHunter35
Great Job
This is awesome tech. I tried it out in the hills yesterday and it seems to work well. I’ll definitely be using HuntScan while scouting and hunting for my 2020 Mule Deer hunt.Flanders0001

Too many times the only people leaving a review are the few who have bad experiences so here is a positive one.
Works very well!!! I’ve had the opportunity to be on multiple test runs and I can tell you it work. Hook it up to good or even decent glass and smoothly work your area. Does it misidentify a few rocks or bushes as critters?Sure but it’s seldom and it identifies animals I would have glassed or passed over as bushes or rocks. The app is being trained and tuned constantly so it will only get better and the updates I’m guessing will comes when needed. One day we might see a sensitivity setting where we can gamble on whether it’s sensitive or less sensitive. I’d personally rather have the sensitivity up and collect a few rocks or bushes if it also picks up an ear or an antler I might miss.
My Credit card got hit for Arizona today and based on the gigantic smoldering hole left in my checking account I’ll be using this on deer on the Kaibab, elk near flagstaff, and antelope in that state this fall.Show lessall4freedom
Good App
Does’t work perfect, but works good. It picks up deer as advertised, but sometimes misidentifies rocks and such. Yet again so do I!JuicyCatt
