Do yourself a favor and get in contact with a different courier company before looking this way. This company basically pays for a meal and your gas for the distance traveled completely not worth the Chump change. You can make a lot more money elsewhere.darylcam
Not sure how to use this app
They send routes but some come in where you can counter but others don’t let you. There is a fee if you accept and don’t perform the route but the ones that don’t let you counter are not worth the money. If anyone knows how to use please enlighten me. They have high insurance requirements also. So far not seeing the benefit. There is no number to contact anyone and no tutorials.Show lessRam 1500 Pro Master
Worse Dispatchers EVER
If you trying to make money THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR YOU. 1st I was with the company for my first 3 weeks and never got paid BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE DISPATCHERS. Now the purpose of the app is to let you bid on WHAT LOADS YOU WANT, meaning you get to choose or decline any offers that come through the app. BUT THE DISPATCH DONT RUN IT THAT WAY. You can bid on any loads you want but they will IGNORE YOUR BID/OFFERS AND SEND YOU LOAD/OFFERS that THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU. What’s the purpose of us bidding on a load if dispatch is going to give you WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU. It’s like going to a restaurant asking for grilled chicken salad and they continue ignore your request and bring you a greasy cheese burger. Lastly the money they charge for the loads ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. If you have your own truck you better RUN because you will give you just enough money for gas to make that run. You will not have money left over. They are good for sending you 4 hours away for 200 dollars. Seriously check the prices on diesel gas and do the math smh it’s not worth it AT ALLShow lessImoneyhustlegang
Horrible experience with this app
If you like to burn your fuel up and go to wrong address sign up with this company. They know nothing about trucking and what it takes to run a trucking company. Everyone I speak with is in another country with a text message number a little shady for trucking industry. They send you a load and expect you to be there in 5 minutes by the way in 5 minutes they ask you to print a BOL get it to your truck all ready on the road and do it ASAP. This app is a great idea it simply is poorly run by a poorly managed company. They take no responsibility for the mistakes they make. They do not verify the jobs just yesterday they sent one of my trucks to the wrong address my driver stayed there for two hours to discover the address was wrong. Once we got back to the yard they asked us to go back and get it because we accepted the load. You do not pay for my fuel to go backwards when you screwed up the pickup address. Not our fault your fault fix your faulty service. This is a constant problem if you take any loads from this company call the shipper and the receiver because everything in the app is wrong.Show lessdo better be better
