We are continuously working to improve the app and provide even more value to our tenants. This time, we are pleased to share the following exciting news with you: - We have completely redesigned the chat to be able to resolve concerns even more efficiently and pleasantly. From now on, you can track directly in the chat how far your request has already been processed. - Your feedback is important to us! In order to continuously improve the chat, we rely on your feedback. That's why we will now ask you at the end of each chat whether your request was successfully resolved. This allows us to review and further optimize our processes. - To provide you with the best possible support right from the start, we have introduced the digital defect report. With this feature, all defects reported after move-in can be recorded directly. We hope you enjoy these updates and thank you very much for using our app!

We're constantly working on improving your app experience and we're excited to announce some new updates that are now available! • No more frustration when you can't find a product that you were interested in. We've added an error message that will let you know if an article is no longer available so you don't waste your time looking for it. • We know that sometimes you want to copy and paste text from our app or website. That's why we've made it possible to copy text so you can easily share it with friends or colleagues. • We've added a feature that allows you to view different translations in the public area for ticketing. This will make it easier for our international users to understand and navigate the app. • We've also made some small improvements and bugfixes that won't affect the functionality of the app, but will make it more efficient and user-friendly.
