DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY
I previously gave 5 stars, but yesterday I logged out and when I logged in ALL MY PURCHASES WERE GONE AND I HAD MANY!!! Between points I earned and over $20 I spent I had about 30 puzzle packages. I have sent a message to the company and if they get back to me and fix his I will delete this review, if it stands!!! I am updating my review back to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Support got back to me and I was able to get all my purchases restored. This is by far THE BEST JIGSAW PUZZLE APP I’VE EVER USED !!! Podcasts or an Audible book + a jigsaw puzzle of a favorite place makes me a happy camper. Cheap, too, as I gather enough points to buy puzzle packs without cash. I’m grateful there are captions to a completed puzzle, telling me where it is. Only wish I could access that knowledge after it disappears. Sometimes I miss it.Show lessSusanjcobb
Nice puzzle app
This app has really nice pictures, a good number free. The only problem is that the backgrounds don’t allow you to see clearly. So when I work them, I have to remember to go into settings snd brighten the screen. I enjoy working the daily puzzle and sometimes complete a second as well.Mudrock
Great App
I love jigsaw puzzles and was using another app I was very happy with but they became a little too greedy for me. When they required me to subscribe to their “VIP” in order to download puzzles I have already purchased to my device, at a substantial $20/month, I said goodbye and looked for another app. This is pretty good there are a few perks they don’t have but they let me download to my device so I’m able to use when there is no WiFi available. I can live with that! The only thing I can “complain” about is the placement of the ads. The ads themself are small and unobtrusive and I understand the need for them but the placement of them gets in my way and I’m always hitting them by accident and being sent to various websites. I still prefer this app over the other one! Keep up the good work!Show lessCindrloo
Wish for More Variety
Good jigsaw puzzle app—another one I used to play I had to stop as the pieces were all the same shape in each puzzle. Sort of defeats the idea. I do wish there was a broader range of pictures with this app—I prefer puzzles where the picture has a lot of little detail and I don’t care for big landscapes or animals. I end up doing all the colorful puzzles with lots of detail, and then have no new puzzles I want to do for weeks to months. Still is the best jigsaw puzzle app I’ve found, hence I give it 4/5 stars.Show lessPenguin102006

Very good selection to choose from. The only problem I have is that it keeps freezing up, then I have to turn it off wait a few minutes turn it back on more than one time.dirybsjtdi

Good news and Bad news
This is the sixth jigsaw puzzle app I have downloaded in the last couple of weeks. I gave it one star because, it is the first app that didn’t have missing pieces. I gave it a second star because it is the first one where the pieces definitively snapped into place so you know you had the right piece. BUT it is exactly the same puzzle every time with just a different picture over it. I thought, maybe, it was because I was doing the free puzzles; but no, it is ALL of their puzzles.Show lessBLLCRP
