Awful Customer Service
If you have any issues with the app, your options for help are non existent. I paid for the nfr package this year but my app didn’t give me access. They took and kept my money, but the app never updated to let me watch. I called their support line and requested a call back three times and never got one. I also sent about 5 emails throughout the duration of the nfr and received no response. I’m currently working with my bank to cancel and return the funds. Cowboy channel is doing a lot for the sport and the lifestyle, but there is no support for customers.

Disappointed
Very disappointed… paid for the app and now two times in a row cannot get it to stream off of my phone to tv.. and yes we updated the tv, updated our phones… still no NFR.
Teton Ridge + Cowboy Channel is a bust
Love the Cowboy Channel and the rodeo coverage but the App is an absolute joke and leaves a lot to be desired! We pay annually to watch rodeos all year long with the NFR obviously being the main reason we decide to purchase. The app can’t be added to your TV unless you add it through Sling, Roku, etc which all have their own set of problems. Having the app on your phone is great until it shuts down for no reason over and over and Won’t connect to stream to the tv. This year Teton ridge bought the Cowboy Channel and what a bust. No grand entry and everything is rushed - and that’s just when the app is actually working!! Patrick Gottsch would never let this happen. Do better Cowboy Channel.

Can’t get Calgary Stampede
My subscription just renewed. It’s not cheap. Wanted to watch the Calgary Stampede and it says it’s not available in my area??? What do I have a subscription for. 😕

So guess what! We pay for the cowboy channel plus subscription and guess what! No Calgary Stampede! Yes! It’s blocked for Canadians! We have to watch your American content and then you block our one great Canadian rodeo of the year! I will without a doubt be cancelling my subscription when it is time for renewal!

Not too happy.
So we pay for the plus app as a Canadian and we can’t even get the Calgary stampede. As well as if we want to watch the NFR we are expected to pay extra? Honestly it’s not cool
