App stopped working 6 months ago
I’ve tried contacting support to fix the issue multiple times paid for another year and it’s not working to use.
So now no choice but to give a negative review unless I get refundedMom198419841

Unfortunately the app doesn't work, I recorded a super important call for a case that I need legal proof of. The recording was made but I can't listen to it or save it. I tried to contact the company via email but received no response.

A gravação não pode ser ouvida/The recording didn't work
Baixei o App para gravar uma ligação muito importante, porém não consigo ouvir a gravação de nenhuma forma, já tentei por todos os métodos possíveis, tentei inclusive contato com o suporte e não obtive resposta. I downloaded the App to record a very important call, but I can't hear the recording in any way, I've tried every possible method, I've even tried to contact support and I haven't received a response.Credits system they has. First 3 calls free. Then the fee.
After the first call then it will say 2 credits remaining, idk if it’s only what you get for free but after that a yearly subscription is 3$, or 5 credits are 4.99$ Heads up for people want to check this app out.Rebecca.E.M.

I downloaded this app to record a really important conversation. Turned out the recordings are quiet and there’s literally nothing in there. What a shameeeeeeprince0824
