The app serves its purpose - ability to order ice cream at a slightly better price.
I’ve not had issues placing orders viz the app. However, I wish they add the ability to enlarge the images. It’s good to view a larger picture of the item you’re deciding to buy.

I just wanted to see menu and price, its not letting me see that unless I add payment details .. Seriously very bad design guys

I wanted to know what was available to order which required: 1. Downloading an app, 2. Registering to use the app, 3. Verifying my mobile number and 4. Adding payment details?!

Making ice cream famous, faster
The great thing about the app is the ease of ordering. The outstanding Giapo genius in the ice cream gets to you without the queue. Great interface and ease of use. Once you’re set up you get the best gelato in the Southern Hemisphere faster.
