We understand that these issues can be frustrating and we are actively working to improve our app's user experience. We will take your feedback into account as we continue to make updates and improvements. Regarding the transfer of funds, we are sorry to hear that you had trouble with this feature. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible, but there may be occasional technical issues that can cause delays or errors. We will investigate this issue and see how we can improve this feature to ensure that our users can easily transfer their funds in and out of the app. Regarding the security of your account, we take the security of our users very seriously. We offer several verification measures to protect your account, including two-factor authentication and biometric login options. We will look into improving our password reset process to ensure that it is more secure while also being user-friendly. Great app as long as you follow rules
They will steel your money
, so even after I completed many activities they were classed as failed because Cadoo didn’t sync. I lost all of my money even after providing screen shots of Fitbit and Strava that showed that I had completed the challenges . I had no response from Cadoo , they just locked my account so that I could no longer message them.Don’t do it !

Thank you for sticking with us for so long! Unfortunately, we did have consistent issues when it came to bugs, and eventually had to discontinue use of Strava as they were blocking us consistently and were directly the cause of 90% of our syncing bugs. Once we resolved this, that cause fewer people to have syncing issues and fewer people's money being paid out unjustly! The point of Cadoo is to hold yourself accountable with your OWN money, any additional winnings is a bonus, but not the goal of joining a challenge! We have since resolved nearly all bugs and have launched new features as well.
Put your money where your mouth is!
As a coach and athlete I‘be noticed that most people need some form of accountability. For those that don’t work with a coach, this is a low-risk “put your money where your mouth is” approach that I can definitely stand behind!
