Good customer service!

After a major upgrade, there were going to be inevitable customer issues. They handled mine well! 😀

Loved until the last update

I checked all my games and now it says coming soon for health and Strava and I have had ZERO upload to any of my games since I did the update. Am I just gonna be out that money for the games since my connections won’t load? I did all the requirements and we are talking between all the games over $100+. The only thing the update actually needed was being able to do direct payout because now you can’t even see your daily progress by step/mile count so you have no idea where you trying are.

We're so sorry you've had such a frustrating experience. We had to discontinue use of Strava as they made it very difficult for us to work with them. If you every have any issues, never hesitate to reach out to support and we can get you taken care of!

Lost Account

I made an account and was so excited to be about of this app. It enrolled me in my first beginner walk and I achieved. Then the next day I go to log in and it says I don’t have an account or it was deleted. And I click forgot password and is says I don’t have an account with cadoo. I set up pay-pal and added $5 in case the app took my money and ran. So I’m out $5 of my own money and $5 from the challenge I completed. I am very displeased with the service of cadoo. Come on, you cadoo better than this…

Makes you healthier and wealthier!

I couldn’t be more pleased with being introduced to Cadoo when I did. It’s gotten me to be a lot more diligent abt being healthier and also turned it into a profit center as well! The app is not perfect yet but the staff is super friendly and is quickly updating it and it has already come a long way.

Side note: my family agrees!

Making over $200 a month doing what I already do

With Cadoo you make Money with what you probably already would do but you’re super motivated! I’ve been enjoying the challenges to keep me accountable for just under 4 months and love it but especially their customer service! Keep it up!

Fun for awhile...

Upon first signing up, everything was great, the options for different running and walking games are abundant, the employees will reach out to you and ask for your opinions, and bets/payouts go rather smoothly.

Don’t get too comfortable though, bc should you run into any problems and contact them for help when it comes to the higher dollar games you could very well be left hanging with no response.

Great easy to use app!!

Cadoo has been a great way to help me stay motivated with my running and make money at the same time. They have a good mix of challenges from 3 days to a full month so there are plenty of opportunities to jump in. If you need that extra boost to stay active this is it!
