Sketchy

This camera does not work half the time and keep shutting down on its own. Keeps wanting to hook up to my WiFi but I’m sure once I do the Chinese will tap in to my electronics… sketchy camera and app.

The worse cam and app ever

Cam stopped working after a few weeks when I changed my router. It can not connect to the new WiFi. App is horrible! I would give it even 0 stars.

App is terrible

If I have the live view open and there’s movement, it will pop up saying “Motion Alarm.” If I’m not in live view, there’s absolutely no notification. Even with all settings turned on.
Then, when you click on the notification area on the main screen, which shows a red dot for notifications, you can’t even actually see notifications. Just a black screen with white lines.
The only time it will save videos is if I manually record a video. The setting is turned on for it to save recordings.
This is also by far the least user friendly camera app I’ve ever seen. Things are not clearly labeled and you have to stumble around trying to figure out what the different symbols mean.

Camera is okay the app is pretty horrible.

Directions that come with the camera are sparse and unhelpful, and the video query where you can view past videos doesn’t ever allow you to fast forward. When you do it says loading and will never go any further. If they make you download an app to use their product they should actually make sure it works as intended.

Motion Detection Useless

No matter what sensitivity I put for the motion detection, the alarm will go off every few seconds. Even on the lowest settings, in a room with no activity, the motion still goes off continuously. Because of this, I am returning the camera for a refund.
