Since I downloaded this app, I have been able to send and receive money without any difficulties. Everything is fast and safe, even when I travel., I send money myself and I don’t have any difficulties. If there’s anything that I don’t know how to do, I can ask for help and I get it immediately.
Desde que la empecé a usar me gustó su facilidad y lo rápido que llegan los giros. Pero definitivamente la última mejora para poder recibir dinero desde bancos en EEUU fue el top para completar su funcionalidad.

Esta app es muy fácil de usar. Tiene in entorno muy intuitivo y las transacciones se realizan inmediatamente.
Con esta aplicación he experimentado lo que para mí ha sido la peor experiencia de todas al momento de querer enviar dinero desde Colombia hacia Estados Unidos.
Pasó más de una semana desde hice un envío hacia mi cuenta Bank Of América en USA y el dinero nunca llegó.
Me comuniqué en múltiples ocasiones con servicio al cliente explicándoles que no había recibido el dinero aún después de comunicarme con mi Banco en USA. Les solicité (a global66) por favor verificar la transferencia y/o corregirla y la respuesta de global66 fue que no podían bríndame información sobre la transferencia porque eran “datos internos”.
Me pidieron que les mostrara comprobantes de mis movimientos de la cuenta de banco para ver que en verdad no había recibido el dinero. Es decir, me pidieron que les mostrara abiertamente información sensible, confidencial y personal sobre mis movimientos financieros. Les dije que por favor entonces reversaran la transacción y no obtuve más respuesta. En conclusión, mi dinero se perdió….
1 estrella es demasiada calificación para esta app. Ojalá pudiera calificar con estrellas negativas.

Hemos visualizado que por correo te hemos estado brindado el apoyo correspondiente, la cartola de movimientos es para verificar que el saldo no ha sido abonado y podamos reportarlo con nuestro procesador de pagos. Tu caso ya fue escalado y estamos a la espera de respuesta. En todo caso el saldo retornará a tu cuenta Global66 o se abonará en la cuenta en destino. Te mantendremos informado. Saludos.Lo mejor que he encontrado para mandar Plata al extranjero, buenos tipos de cambio y bajas comisiones.

You can’t make deposits to your account in Mexico, this feature has been unavailable for more than three weeks due to “site maintenance”. I’ve submitted 3 tickets about the issue and have not received a single message from customer care - also, there’s no way of following up on your tickets because they don’t provide a follow-up email with a case number.

Hello! We apologize for the issue of not being able to load in Mexico, we are currently enabling batch loads for clients, we hope that within this or the next week they will be available. Greetings.I downloaded this app, along with about a dozen others, in search of any that would allow me to load Colombian pesos and convert them to USD or other currencies. Because I have a foreigner ID (cédula extranjería) I wasn’t able to join any other apps besides this one, even though it is an official Colombian ID. My Colombian husband and I live and work here in Colombia for now, so I wanted to find better ways to transfer between our accounts. Usually to transfer between accounts we get charged here. So far it seems to have similar abilities to those of my Revolut and Nequi accounts. Hoping this account by Global66 will be what I’m thinking but for Colombian banks. Love that it also works in other Latam countries since we plan to move to México soon for work and study.
