They Rejected ALL of my Referrals
As of yesterday, the app notified me telling me my start up registration got rejected, & as I’m checking it out, I got all of my referrals taken away. About over $4k, just gone. I had everyone who took my referrals do what SG claimed you had to do to keep your bonus money, including me, & we all got rejected yesterday. Did SG really just scam everyone & pulled the rug? Because nothing is adding up. Waited over 2 months for my SG to get approved just for them to reject me & take 80% of my assets. A lawsuit will be pursued.Show lessAdrian-sheldon

To withdraw SG tokens you need to connect a wallet and send them on the ERC20 chain. And when you withdraw them from crypto apps that you can buy and send from connected wallet to, after the fee, there is a withdraw % deduction to get it to a wallet you can actually trade. Great concept; but don't count on it.
I loved the idea when I first became aware of the project; but, like many I was skeptical. As it takes months for your purchases to be reviewed, I approached it with caution. Fortunately, it seemed many places I was already shopping were featured on the app. Signing up in November, I waited to see if the cashback rewards would be released prior to committing to promoting the platform. Even though I carefully read and followed the plaform rules; now those early purchases have recently completed: Rejected, with no reason provided. Almost all of the purchases made through the platform have been rejected, and I have not received any response when I requested feedback or cause. Disappointingly, I can't vouch for the legitimacy of the platform, despite being a great idea. Feels a bit like a bait and switch, or perhaps it was just about harvesting data from users. I can hardly use it bc it constantly crashes or gives me error messages. Tried deleting and redownloading it and still same crap. Nice when it works but lately not so much.Moms monthly red
Non-existent customer service and incorrect balance
I’ve been promised SG for certain actions (signing up, posting on twitter, making a purchase) and the balance does not reflect what was stated. Good luck getting in touch with anyone to get to the bottom of it. There’s only a chat bot that repeats the same answers and plays dumb when I ask to speak to a human agent. I’ll update my review if I am contacted by customer service and my missing coins issue is resolved.Show lesslunaruby
Pleasantly surprised
Waited 83 days to receive the initial bonus and credit for my first purchase, but SG delivered as promised. You should note that the minimum withdrawal is $300 equivalent value of SG, so don’t waste your time unless you plan to spend enough to cash out. SG says it usually takes about 90 days to receive credit for purchases, so I’m pretty happy with 83.Show lessRCP00

I have invited several people and they signed up but my SG is still pending, also when I search for eBay to shop it tells me ‘no results found’ is eBay not available on the app in the US?coonchi
It Works!
Though it may seem like a scam, it’s actually legit! I’ve gotten back hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on purchases. It does take awhile to get your money back (months and months), but at the end of the day it works. It gets 4/5 stars for the length of time it takes. Otherwise it would be 5/5. Not Worth The Trouble
The app does what it says, but it’s the wait. It takes at least a month to get your purchases approved, and then if you make a withdrawal it could be weeks before the transfer clears. And meanwhile, you’re just watching and hoping the coin is worth anything by the time you can touch it. Currently it’s going down while I wait on a withdrawal to clear. I do get that you’re basically getting something back for just making purchases, but this just seems not worth the time to deal with.Show lessIdle Scott

The reason why it takes time for the approval is that the partner company needs to verify that the item has been completely purchased without being refunded, canceled, etc. WIthdrawals are usually done instantly but can take longer at times if many users are trying to withdraw at once as it can take time for each one to be processed.
