Version History of ShotFlow Samples & Styling

1.11.0

July 22, 2024

What did we change? - Photo mode Reference Image upload handling. We've improved handling of sample reference images when taken with Photo Mode in the Sample Scan process so you can see and confirm images have been uploaded. If there are any issues, you can easily retry to upload them again to make sure your hard work capturing the images is saved properly. What did we fix? - Reference Images in Labels. You can now print reference images in labels if desired. Previously the label was only showing the reference image name, but now it prints the image itself. Happy Printing!

What's new? - Print. You can now print labels for your samples with AirPrint supported printers! Click into a single sample record or print all of them from a Shipment at once. - Shipment Flow. Manage your shipments more easily by reviewing the details or updating the status to ensure data accuracy. See which samples are in a shipment and remove any samples if they need to be pulled out for a reshoot. - Sample List by Scan Order. Sort the Sample results list by "Scan" to double check a sample compared to where it is on the rack you just scanned. This will help if you get a "Not found!" record and need to figure out from which sample it came. Sort by location is still an option if that's best for your task. What did we change? - Scan More. The new Scan More icon more clear for how to add samples for your list. Load up that scan list to update more samples at once and save you extra steps.

What's New? - Home button. Once you're done making necessary updates to the scanned in samples, click the home button on the Options screen and either scan in new samples or choose a new flow. - Logged fields. You can now see the historical values of fields which are logged. Just click on the clock icon! If there are no prior values, you'll see the following message that there are no logs yet. - Auto removal of locations. When samples are added to a shipment, the sample's current location is removed. Location history can be tracked with a Related Field (Historical) if needed. This update will help make sure a given sample is in only one location across studios! - Custom Shipments. Define the fields needed to create a shipment. This will require some configuration with your Technical Account Manager. For tracking number, you can leave it blank to have a number generated automatically. What did we change? - Assign Shots Flow. For scanned in samples, assigning the samples' shots to shot lists now has an easier to read screen and more consistent confirmations as the other mobile flows. Choose the shot list to which the sample's shot(s) to assign or create a new one from a template. What did we fix? - Updating to blank. You can now choose a blank value if needed. Just choose "No value" and Submit! - Adding Reference Images to Groupings. We fixed a bug where you can now add the reference image even if that is the only update being made to the record. - Retrieving unique samples. Products with multiple samples were having all sample records returned up on scanning one of the samples. Now, only the unique sample scanned will be returned to make sure you're updating the right one!

What’s New? - New workflow to move Studio Location(s) to an Area. A new [move rack] icon has been added to the app home screen for users who are logged into a studio app. Tapping this new button enables the user to scan Location IDs (in cases where Locations are physically tagged with a unique ID), or type in Location ID(s) using a virtual keyboard. All the Locations can then be moved to a new Area by selecting from a list of Areas in the studio app. The Areas can be searched/filtered or scrolled to identify the desired Area to associate with the Location(s) - Initial support for Production apps. Studio services clients who are implementing Production apps will now be able to utilize the mobile app for scanning samples, shipments, etc. within a Production app. What Changed? - Button for scanning Samples, Shipments, Locations, and Areas has been restyled. For users who need to enter value(s) manually when scanning due to no tags being present, there is now a [keyboard] icon at the bottom of the scanning screen to enable the text input box when needed. What’s New? - Revamped Track workflow with support for Studio Locations. The track workflow has been adjusted to present the Locations selection screen first, which utilizes the Studio Locations table and displays the Type and ID value for each Location. The second screen is now a combined. Update/Confirm screen that enables optional updating of additional values (Status and Studio Date Received) for all the scanned Samples. - Major Upgrades to Groupings functionality. The mobile Groupings functionality has been upgraded to more capabilities related to Groupings (Looks, etc.) including: - A new Similar Groupings screen enables searching for existing Groupings, and by default shows Groupings that contain the same Product Children as the scanned items. This screen enables users to determine if their intent is to update a Grouping that already exists, or to create a new one. The default filtering is to show existing Groupings with the same Product Children that were scanned in the prior step. Groupings displayed by default may have additional items that were not scanned, or the items may be in a different sort order, but all scanned items are included. The user can change the search/filtering at the top of the screen to find other existing records that may be the intended Grouping to update. Selecting an existing Grouping will update it with changes based on what was scanned in the prior step. - On the Similar Groupings screen, a [+New] Grouping button enables one-tap skipping to the [New Grouping] screen. If the user wants to create a new Grouping without searching for an existing one with similar items, the user can tap the [+New] button to skip to the New Grouping screen. - The Similar Groupings screen is auto-skipped if there are no existing Groupings in the brand app with the same Product Children. The Product Children related to the scanned Samples are compared to the Product Children related to all existing Groupings in the brand app, and if no existing Groupings are related to those Product Children, the Similar Groupings screen is no longer displayed to the user, the workflow moves directly to the New Grouping screen. - Creating a new Grouping now displays all required fields for the Groupings table. Prior releases displayed Name, Description and Styling Notes fields, but not all clients want the same fields to be available when creating a Grouping. Now the mobile app will utilize all required fields for the Groupings table, enabling each brand to configure the specific fields to be available on mobile when creating a new Grouping. - When updating a Grouping, a new confirmation screen lists Products to be added and removed from the Grouping. This screen enables confirmation of changes to a Grouping from its prior related Product Children, based on the updates being made from the mobile app. For example, a Grouping that previously had item 1111, 2222 and 3333 is being updated based on scanning items 1111, 4444, and 5555. This screen will list added items as 4444 and 5555, and removed items are 2222 and 3333. - Groupings created via the Style Out function are auto-set as Type = "Style Out". This will help brands distinguish Groupings that are official "Looks" from Groupings that exist as a Style Out of a hero Product Child. What Did We Fix? - Squashed some bugs!
