New Features: • Scoping Tool ◦ Perform and Submit Scope: FPMs can now perform full scopes in the Lessen PM app and submit them directly to the Lessen system. ◦ Inspect and Add Work Tasks: FPMs can inspect and add areas, inspect every item within each area, and add work items that have been identified with photos and notes. ◦ Procurement and Pricing: Incorporates new Procurement and pricing info when adding tasks. ◦ Move Project forward: Data automatically flows to Command Center once submitted and moves project status forward. • Project List Enhancements ◦ Escalation Filter: Added the ability to filter the project list page on projects that have an escalation. • Project Page Enhancements ◦ Hyperlink to Command Center Project Page: FPMs can click a link on a specific project in the app and be automatically taken to the project page in the Command Center without having to log in.  This can streamline work that FPMs are required to do in the Command Center currently by using the app to look up their projects. • Push Notifications ◦ New Project Assigned: FPM will receive a push notification on their device when a project is assigned to them. Clicking the push notification will take the user directly to that project.  ◦ New Scope Assigned: FPM will receive a push notification on their device when a new inspection appointment has been added to a project they are assigned to.  Clicking the push notification will take the user directly to the project page to view the scope appointment.

New Features: • Offline mode – Project and work order information will still be accessible to view and edit while in areas with no service or low connection. • Add/edit project notes • Edit project dates with reason codes • Edit work order dates • Update work order status to In Progress or Quality Check Complete • Project list defaults to only display active projects • Submit feedback functionality – Allow users to submit feedback, comments, suggestions etc. about the Lessen PM app directly to the Product team for review • MFR location UI updates.
