We are constantly working on improving our App with new features and stability improvements. New features: - Siri meets IVA! We have explained to Siri how to create feedback in IVA and she responds to the command "Hey Siri - create feedback". This is great news, as it allows you to create feedback safely while driving without manual input. In the settings (via the burger menu) under "Siri" you can also activate Siri to ask for category and rating. - The process for taking or adding photos and videos to feedback has been completely revised. It is now much quicker to take a photo or video and attach it to feedback. It is also possible to take several pictures in succession. - Drive mode can now be permanently cancelled and then reactivated via the settings. Changes and bug fixes: - An additional field of the type "Text" can now hold many more characters - Images now have a standardised background - We have also taken care of a few annoying bugs and fixed them. Perhaps you will notice the one or the other place that now work without errors ;-)

URGENT update for all IVA users We are constantly working on improving our app with new functions and stability improvements. Changes and bug fixes: - The app could no longer connect to the backend because the certificate validation failed. This issue is fixed with this version

We are constantly working on improving our App with new features and stability improvements. New features: - Test objects can be temporarily deactivated in tests. The app now also supports this - We have updated some frameworks - New and clearer display of Boolean/(yes/no) attributes Changes and bug fixes: - We have optimised the permission requests. Sounds complicated and so it is. This speeds up the login process a little. - A bug in a compatibility check deep in the app code has been fixed and no longer causes rare behaviour.

New features: - Preparations for stopping tests - Preparations for searching for vehicles and creating tests from the app - Notes on text limitation Changes and bug fixes: - Automatic scrolling after answering a question - Improved communication with the IVA backend - Improvement in the display of answers - Attachments were not transferred, we have of course fixed this - We found and fixed a few annoying bugs that caused the app to freeze or crash - Recorded videos simply didn't want to be saved again. It works again now! - Question catalogues are no longer displayed twice under certain circumstances

New features / improvements: - Questionnaires/Test Catalogs: - Questionnaires/test catalogs can be linked together to series - Questions are visually easier to identify in the questionnaire - Selected alternative evaluator is now also used for the questionnaires - Feedback: - Comments can be deleted again if there are no replies to them yet - Cancel feedback entry has been secured and cannot happen by mistake now - Use multiple instances - Customers with multiple instances can now be logged in to multiple instances and switch them via the "Switch Instance" from the burger menu - Hint when trying to logout without an active internet connection Changes and bug fixes: - Images can be opened in documents again - We have again found a cause for an annoying crash in the feedbacks and fixed it immediately - In the question catalog you can change pages offline again - Some optical conspicuities have been improved and fixed

We are constantly working to improve our app with new features and stability improvements. Improvements: - To increase security, at least iOS 15 is now required to work with the app. Bug fixes: - Testers were incorrectly displayed as "Alternative Reviewers". - When duplicating validated feedback, only the selected test object is now assigned - When tests were stopped, the transfer of questionnaires and test catalogs got out of step. This has been corrected.

Improvements: - We improved the handling of questionnaires/test catalogs and feedbacks for stopped or completed tests, and revised the info messages. Bug fixes: - PDF attachments with more than one page are now displayed correctly again.

New features / improvements: - Questionnaires / Test catalogs - Even more reliable synchronization especially if you often work without internet connection - On the iPhone the display of matrix questions has been improved - One or the other line break in long texts improves readability - Under the hood, some preliminary work has been done: - The app now supports multiple environments. In the next update it will be possible to change the environment easily. - In the next update it will also be possible to use additional fields in feedbacks to report more details. All preparations are included now. Changes: - Images can be enlarged everywhere - Design adjustments Bug fixes: - We were able to find the causes for some rare and sporadic crashes and of course fixed them immediately. - Questionnaires attached themeselves arbitrarily to some vehicles. This does not happen anymore. - We were also able to find a bug in the selection of the alternative reviewer.
