System does not work and we have had nothing but problems since the beginning Bad system

Yet another period of time without a safety net, been without a camera in our garage for almost 3 months.
Tried to please service guy by proving a picture and model number for cord to save a service call, which my wife was told “ will cause you over $200.00” even with a 5yr service.
My wife tried to call owner Jeff to no avail…
Folks pick any other service provide other than AlarmTek, you will thank me for it…
Ps we don’t have a 24hr emergency contact,
Tried a test just recently and no one responded…
Only iron clad year to go, with this…

Terrible app
Worse app out there. Video constantly lags or completely shuts off. Can’t open doorbell feed when someone rings doorbell. Should’ve went with Telus

App won’t stop crashing
I have reinstalled my app twice today. And the app will not stop crashing. There have been a lot of bug with the system lately that only seem to be progressing.
what is the point of this
extremely inconvenient app functionality. crashes ALL of the time every time(i am using iphone13) has less user functionality then any other comparable camera system available on amazon. which make this entire security system useless for being a paid-for-monthly service. also only records events which also makes it entirely useless as well(-being that it intermittently works as such)

The alarm works well. The door bell can be glitchy. The service is excellent

It’s ok, big help but once in a while it goes offline for some reason. Why?

The hardware they supply is significantly overpriced for what it is,
without fail the app will crash if you open up a motion notification that supposed to take you right to the clip it just recorded.

Pretty regularly I’ll have a motion notification in a location but no clip gets saved. No idea if the fault is software or hardware related, all in all the app kinda renders the service useless considering how terrible it functions.
