Customer support that doesn't support
Super buggy client support, no ongoing conversation possible so with every answer you have to start a new ticket. You can't see the files you've added and the agents sent me through loops and hoops for weeks for a 1 eur transaction all because their app had glitchy payment options. It's really sad to see that for 1 eur they're happy to lose customers in 21st century.Show lessOnly if you can find one.
Unreliable and unpredictable supply of scooters. Many scooters are low on power or otherwise unavailable (sometimes after indicating that the scooter is okay to use, making your walk to the scooter a waste of time.)
Also, why is this the only scooter company in Tromso? The company is clearly unable or unwilling to supply enough scooters to meet the demand.Show lessTerrible
This might be one of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used, of any kind. It’s literally nonfunctional.Developer Response
