Instructions are not proper, eg policy statement is password protected but no instructions on what is password as login password doesn’t work. Tax certificate don’t have any tax information but just the total amount of premium paidbcvtrev

Why can’t I get a portfolio statement?
I am trying to get a portfolio statement for my policy (number 46770045). And I am unable to get that either through online download, or app download. How am I supposed to know the value of my policy? I have a significant amount of premium invested.ssankara68
