Disappointing online costumer services
My order was canceled (and I didn’t realize it immediately) because I didn’t complete the payment in 10 minutes. I completed the payment, and there was a charge in my credit card but the order showed up in the canceled orders statement. I left message on the app, called them, emailed them.
