Sending to print is hit and miss.
Support is non existent on Create.
If looking to buy this device don’t buy the create. Buy the Emark that us NOT branded create.

Please ensure that your e-mark create is connected through the app and not in the Wifi settings of your device. With iOS 14 there are new privacy settings which need to be accepted in order to connect properly. Did you already have a look at our many cliparts provided within the app? You can add them to your imprints in the Editor if you click on Add - Image - Clipart. You can also add your own pictures from the photo gallery of your device by clicking Add - Image - Photo. You can use the share/import function in the app. Just go to 'my imprints' and select the imprints that you would like to share. On iOS devices you can easily transfer the imprints via AirDrop. If you have any other questions, contact us on emark@colop.com - Lisa from the COLOP e-mark team
