Disconnects from my phone every three minutes!

I have to restart the app all the time. I print one object and when I want to print a second one, my machine is already disconnected and it hasn’t even been three minutes since the last connection established. I don’t know why this is so finicky, but is stressing me out.

Buggy

The latest update resulted in loss of multi line print.

Sending to print is hit and miss.

Support is non existent on Create.

If looking to buy this device don’t buy the create. Buy the Emark that us NOT branded create.

Disappointed!!

The app doesn’t stay connected. I try to add more templates from the website but EVERYTIME it says cannot establish connection & check my internet. Nothing is wrong with my internet connection! I can’t even get to the online help to figure out what to do! I wasted $400!! So DISAPPOINTED!!😡

Please ensure that your e-mark create is connected through the app and not in the Wifi settings of your device. With iOS 14 there are new privacy settings which need to be accepted in order to connect properly. So far so good

The app has work well for me. There are some hiccups, but not too bad. The printer works great, and I’m able to design things on the app. It’s a lot of fun! It takes some time to learn everything, but I think I got the hang of it now!

EMark Creates

I thought ‘‘tis is filled with beautiful photos and designs. Very surprised that I could not connect to my own network well just received and very disappointed going back to HSN TOMORROW

Did you already have a look at our many cliparts provided within the app? You can add them to your imprints in the Editor if you click on Add - Image - Clipart. You can also add your own pictures from the photo gallery of your device by clicking Add - Image - Photo. Just OK

I need to be able to have my saved imprints on iPhone as well as my iPad. Is there anyway that can be done.

You can use the share/import function in the app. Just go to 'my imprints' and select the imprints that you would like to share. On iOS devices you can easily transfer the imprints via AirDrop. If you have any other questions, contact us on emark@colop.com - Lisa from the COLOP e-mark team

Importing

I reinstalled app and am unable to import single images. The bundles are importing but single images are “failing to import.”
Suggestions?

You can only import '.emark' files into our app - if you want to insert images, please use 'add images' in the editor and select your file. In case of any other questions reach out to emark@colop.com - Lisa from the COLOP e-mark Team

Confused

I wish it would have been made clear that e-mark colop and e-mark colop create are two different machines and the create will not work with the desktop software- so now I have to use my 72 year old eyes on my phone screen to use the software- this is not enjoyable- I suppose I have to buy a tablet to try to like this extremely expensive toy

Needs more instructions

I just got mine, no problems connecting to the WiFi on my iPad. So far so good on what I have been able to figure out on my own. It prints nicely, glides smooth. I would give it 5 stars but it really needs a better instruction manual, not everyone is tech savvy and for the price I would think it would come with some better instructions.

App keeps crashing

I was so excited to get this today and it worked great at first but now every time I try and send something to print the app crashes and I have to start over. Very Frustrating! I also wish the bonus images you got with the ink and machine actually loaded into the app not have to remain on your device.
