I have used this app most recently on my deployment to the Middle East it has made it so much easier for family and friends to send me stuff. I had an issue with gift cards someone sent me and when I reached out to customer service they not only gave me the correct amount gift card but let me keep the ones that weren’t the correct amount. They also replied to my email and fixed the issue within an hour of the original email going out. They are such an amazing company and I’m very thankful for them.
