Won’t log in with 2fa. Why must the code be sent to sms. Which never arrives. Why can’t I use my 2fa code via app.CYKB <MiNE>

It doesn’t let me add funds using PayPal but I can use a credit card. At least now when my wallet gets too low I have the option to add funds from my phone when I’m not at my desk.Bob the new pianist
Crappy app and company
Unable to access my account (it never sends the sms verification code). It’s not the first time, my domains are trapped in my account. Also, they Sells your personal information without your consent. Stay away.Kijj57
Another worthless app
I am trying to renew domains which I cannot simply do online!? The app allowed me to upload funds (why not just pay) but fails when I go to renew the domains. This is a very simple process with other companies, what a joke.Sh707t
Won’t allow the ability to add funds
Well it let me log in which is more than I can say for ResellersClub.com
The look is nice but I would bet there is a lot of bugs in it. The very first task, which was to add funds, failed. Only reason for the 2nd star is because it looks nice, that’s it.
Just gives a window that sits their for 5+ minutes trying to dictate that I don’t close the window. It never moves from that screen (thanks for wasting my time).
I can not add funds through the website or the App.
If this company is anything like ResellerClub, then I wouldn’t expect a response for a few weeks. Customer service is certainly not their forte.Show lessPCmediaHost
