terrible bugs
Dear Sir/Madam,
Ever since the new app came about, which triggered a firmware update, the old apps and the new one, both, show insufferable bugs. For example, a simple "Forever" that tries to play a sound when the robo is picked up, gets stuck at the "if". The program looks like:
forever:
if accelerometer is pick up:
play sound
This simple program often doesn't run: gets stuck ast the "if". Sometimes it runs, sometimes it doesn't.
The "if" with a number or a boolean also fails often, getting stuck as well. The only solution is to quit the application, reopen it, and cross your fingers that it won't happen again, but invariably it does, and often.
What's up? How do we file a bug report? Do you have a git repos somewhere?
And frankly, considering how expensive this toy is, this is rather unflattering to say the least.
We are using the applications from MacOS on a macbook air M1.
To reiterate that the old apps used to work excellently, until the firmware update requested by the new app.
