iOS 18
Can’t get to work on iOS 18. Just freezes on screen to start logging a PAT test

Does not seem to function on iOS 18, hoping for an update soon. Was a good app before the apple update. Have to minimise the app and reopen before it will work. Other issue is it will not save new tests.
Problems if using multiple customers
Basically a good for use with Primetest manual testers but have had problems when I created a second customer it then saves some of the data to the wrong customer/site/location requiring me to close and reopen the app delete the error item and renter the data.i checked all the screens were correct
But the error still occurred randomly.
This makes creating reports difficult and a waste of time. This occurs mostly when doing a retest. Seaward do not appear interested saying it is only a simple app.

Crashes or fails to load
This a generally a good app. But over the last few months it either takes 5 or 6 attempts to launch it. Not sure why but it looks like it’s not had a update in 2 years. It now launches but freezes the screen. Please sort this out.

Unable to enter item description. Only choice is from a list, my work is bespoke so this is useless to me.
Very useful but please keep developing
I don’t do enough testing to justify the annual costs of something like PatGuard3 so this is a very useful and handy app. Had crashes, mostly on accepting the result on cable resistance calculator. Some fields don’t show well (upcoming retests) and I’m finding some of the operations slightly unintuitive. Not gone into all the features yet but I’m sure there will be more to be happy with and a few more bugs to report. But for those of us with low volumes of testing it’s worth spending some time with it to see if it suits your needs.

Recommendation for improvement
This is a great program for keeping track of and providing professional looking reports. The only criticism is that it’s hard to see failed items on the pdf list. All tests look the same and the only reference to a failed test is the (Overall Status) Pass or Fail that are still in black. Failed items would be better in a clearer status, Red or Bold text maybe. But still a very nice app.

Can’t export a set of results so as good as useless
Awful App
Basic stuff like customers address and property picture unable to add to report.
Many fields in app have no use, you can’t export to report so useless.
Highly embarrassing for Seaward to put this in the public domain.
