  • Mobile Banking

    I am sitting in my recliner, watching news, and banking on my iPad
    at 8:00 pm. on Friday, July 1. I just transferred money from our savings account to our joint checking. Best part, I could perform this transfer if I were in Florida, Arizona, or Paris…Illinois.
    If you have a problem, you can message the support staff and solve your problem without having to leave the comfort of your recliner.
    Without a doubt, mobile banking is a great way to bank. I’m not an iPad genius, I but I don’t need to be. If you are not participating, you are missing out on all its benefit. Easy to set up. You’ll be glad you did.

    Over the past 9 years I have used a couple of different bank apps first banks app is the most user-friendly and real time app I have ever used. On top of that, first bank in general , is amazing their customer service and commitment to our needs as a personal customer and a business customer is top notch.

  • Mobile deposit only plus signature

    I had to write “mobile deposit only” twice on the same check, and it still would not accept it. I tried three times. I gave up, and came back the next day & it was accepted the first time with no changes. Make sure that your system can read everyone’s handwriting.

    The update is nice but please add the note section back when making transfers

    This app makes banking seamless and secure. First Bank previously had a mobile app, but this new addition makes for a much better resource. This app truly sets First Bank apart from competitors.
