So annoying
Neither your website or app have the ability to request anything additional or make type of modifications to your online order. That’s unbelievably obnoxious. Even worse, your phones are consistently “busy” so there’s no ability to call in your to-go order either.
I would definitely suggest having your web developers immediately integrate the ability to make modifications on online orders.
