App does not work
I downloaded the app on Friday it accessed a great deal of historical playing data. It had data from 175 courses I played. Today when I tried to open the app it did not have any data. I removed the app from my phone and downloaded it again and it did not open and does not work.

Concept is good - technical development is bad.
I've been trying to download app and it's either one thing or another.
Before agreeing to use this app for your club - WAIT until they get their technical shortcomings fixed.

Very glitchy
I e enjoyed opening up this app and teasing friends but it often just stops working. Will try to reload one more time then giving up!
App functional very poor
Explanations of the hot and cold meter are poor. Hard to understand rankings. Tried to odds of shooting a score and app doesn’t let me put in an index unless I close app and reopen. Also does not allow for entering positive index (ex. +index).

Information clubs are using from this app, questionable
After having the club purchase cap patrol, the monitoring portion of this app did not reflect the Usga GHIN information correctly. Be careful if you purchase this application for your club, not sure where the data is coming from, but it doesn’t match GHIN . Also, the app for personal use is not useful , one of our members is listed on the app as HOT, they passed away 2 years ago.

Don’t use
Frankly, I was happy to have our private club install this program. I play 4 to 5 times a week and only play a few tournaments a year as I’m 71 years old. I can shoot 74 or 84 in any given round I keep my score using the ghinn app by shot, fairways greens putts and post immediately on the app when the round is finished. Every time! I brought a 20.8 Handicap to our member guest invitational. Wanted to have fun not win of course. Prior to I received a 1 stroke penalty from Cap Patrol for this tournament. To this day, I have written to Cap Patrol Support, four times with no answers. Our Club handicap chair cannot provide an answer as to why I was penalized. Now I am stigmatized as a cheater! I can assure you I am not. Don’t use this program unless they can support their allegations!
