No Bill Pay
Bill pay in the app redirects to the website, which was not working for me. I downloaded the app because my bill also lists it as a way to pay on top of the website. It was a waste of time to download and log in just to redirect me to the website I already tried.aaaaaarroonn

No Difference Between So and Website
There’s no difference between the app and the website. The interface, how to login, how to request an appointment, etc. looks exactly the same. An app is supposed to offer a more streamlined appearance and function. The app never lets me book an appointment online, which is the main reason I want to use it. The website never lets me book an appointment online either and the powers that be have no idea why it never works. Please fix this. It has been an issue since this app came out.
