Hi there! Version 1.72 is extremely old (November 2022) and we needed to get people to upgrade. At the time of your review version 2.16 should have been available to install for you. If you do continue to have issues, please call the School for support.

Thanks for your feedback Riyal. As a student, the app is not currently setup for your use. This will be coming in the next few months. I believe the issue you were experiencing has now been fixed however, if you continue to have issues with the app, please let the developers know on the support email ServiceDesk@wssc.vic.edu.au.
