App is easy to navigate. I do have an issue with the lack of reviews for items. It would be nice to know the quality of materials or sizing of other shoppers. Also, the orientation of the country drop down selection doesn’t work for some products. Tried exiting the app and trying again to no avail.
Mixed experience- app is good but product quality is questionable
This was not my first time ordering via this App, but this time I felt cheated as the product in category is not even close to what got delivered. I reached out the customer care but there is no response. Also there is no option to rate the product on the app, so you can’t share your feedback or see others review on their product.
Delivery takes more than 30 days. I ordered by September 30th for Diwali celebration and order got delivered after Diwali. The main saree from my order is still pending delivery . So if ordering for an occasion, please order at-least 2 months in advance. And be careful of the product, you might order an apple and get a pear instead.

Mobile app doesn’t work properly
The mobile app keeps hanging. The back button does not work. The drop down lists are not mobile compatible (i phone). Makes it hard to check products on the go using mobile devices which is very disappointing

Orders doesn’t go if you do guest checkout
I got no order confirmation when doing guest checkout and when I reached out to customer support they never responded.
