Can’t connect to my iPhone
I couldn’t connect to my iPhone even after purchasing adapters so the micro usb could be put into my iPhone !!! Now after doing an update on my computer I can no longer use the computer app, the programming card that I bought separately or the ‘phone app’ so I basically have a useless piece of expensive equipment now ! I can’t change any settings or get any diagnostics .... which is why I purchased this in the first place and to top it off I can’t get any actual help from I’m anyone from the company!!!! Dear vvvmb85, We are sorry that this has happened to you, but there is a quick way out. Please download the latest version of GCS 3.0 beta 5 app from our website: https://gatee.eu/software/gcs. This way your ETU will be recognized again by the application on your computer. Following product description of USB-Link, it is compatible witch PC, Mac as well as Android devices. All devices with iOS can be connected via our Bluetooth dongle – Blu-Link. We understand the position you are in now, that is why we would like to offer you something special.
