Everyone enjoys great beer, but there is more to a great brewery tap room than just what fills the glass. The MicksterScale app is a fun and easy way to rate all the places you visit in search of great beer. Mike Holiavko developed and refined the Mickster Scale through visiting hundreds of breweries. The app saves your ratings so you browse them later and plots a map of all your adventures. Try it out and share your ratings with your friends and social media circles. Cheers! What's New in Mickster Scale

August 8, 2022

In Version 1.1, we have lots of updates! All sliders now move in quarter point increments allowing you to make more precise ratings. Also, the free snacks question has been replaced with a question about parking at the brewery. The brewery rating markers on the map are now color coded based on your rating. You can add notes to your ratings and export all of your rating data from the app. If you choose, your ratings can be saved into your iCloud, backed up and synchronized across all of your devices. The main listing screen provides some new statistics and sorting options. Cheers!

I filled out the entire survey and I cannot even see others responses! I want to see other ratings and pictures and be inspired to try new breweries and new beers! This app is also visually very unappealing.

Thank you for the feedback. Unlike other rating apps, we focused on providing our users a way to record their personal ratings of the breweries they visit. The share feature we describe is referring to the ability to share an image of your rating. We have considered adding more social features to see other people’s ratings and connect with them, but did not prioritize this capability. We’re sorry you found the app not visually appealing, we were going for a simple and clean look. Cheers!
