  • Payment options

    I used to be able to pay my bill through ACH. Now suddenly the only way to pay is by using my credit card. Then I get charged 3.5% charge added fee. What happened and why?

    My customers are making payments quicker then ever! Not to mention less phone calls because they can always view service history right from the app. Thank you Pay The Pool Man
  • Extremely Helpful!

    This app has made my office’s job much easier to make sure that customers are receiving invoices, bids, and seeing service logs. I don’t get anymore calls asking where their invoice is, or if the technician has arrived that day for service. My customers have enjoyed having the push notifications and it’s been easy to stay on contact with them all.

    Customers can pay their bill and view proof of service. Great app

    My customer can view their invoices and bids. I get paid so much faster then before
  • Terrible app

    The most important functionality of this app, the payment processing, doesn’t work. Looks to use an integration with Stripe… which should be reliable, but the app’s ‘Make Payment’ button doesn’t work. I’ve tried both ways in the app, from the invoice itself and from the list of invoices. Would love to submit this feedback to a support email with screenshots to help them improve.. but even under the app support there is no contact or support option.

    There has to be better apps out there for pool companies. Stay away from this one.

    Updated: Used to love their software. But the new updates are HORRIBLE!!!!! I ended up canceling and moving to something else because their customer service was horrible too.

    This is going to be an amazing feature for customers!! Thanks you fire all you do. Been using you guys for 3 years and love the updates!!

We’ve received numerous responses from customers that they love the new colors. While we cannot please everyone all of the time, we do respect your opinion, and hope that the value of the program outweighs the aesthetic preferences. Thank you again for your input.
  • Doesn’t support multiple accounts

    The app does not support multiple accounts. If you have more than one house serviced by the same person you have to uninstall the app and log in with the other account. Then uninstall it again to switch back.

  • Can’t log in

    This app isn’t allowing me to get a token after I put my cell number in to finish signing up. There’s no “help” and this is the way my pool service company has decide to go.
