I cannot stress enough how big of a game changer this app was and is!
Background: my wife and I are potty training our 2.5yo twins #struggleisreal
I came across little timer to try and use a visual timer with a surprise outcome (hatching an animal). After using the free version and seeing their eyes light up when they saw a cat or dog I had to drop the 2.99 to unlock everything else. Now ever time they advocate to go to the bathroom they say “egg timer” without fail.
I’ve also added the timer to our other routines like brushing teeth, cleaning up, reading, and play time. This will be a go to timer for our kids and I couldn’t be more pleased with it.
To the developer(s): first off a big thank you!! Secondly I would love for you to add more animals or maybe even special occasion animals during holidays/seasons to collect. I would be willing to drop another few+ dollars to unlock more animals or other unique features.
Surprisingly one of the best apps I’ve bought in 2020!

After downloading the free version, we bought the app. I thought it silly to pay $3 for a timer (there’s plenty free) but my kids enjoyed it & $3 to make the school day more fun? Sure. My purchase only unlocked the animals- even though it says premium “Unlocks EVERYTHING”. We still don’t have the backgrounds or other music. Apparently you have to buy each of those at $3 each? Very overpriced.RedMama25
One hitch
This is great my kids love it. The only thing is the kids hit the stop button before it is done. If they made it so you have to hold the stop button for three seconds to stop it, then it would be perfect. I would pay for a that feature.newfinthewoods

I have a preschooler who is a bit of a problem eater and one of the first things I wanted to address was her wanting to bail at dinner to watch cartoons as a way of avoiding eating food she doesn’t like. This timer has made asking her to sit with us so much easier: I like having a set time that she has to sit with us until she can leave, and waiting for the surprise inside the egg has made her less wiggly. I like the way this timer is set up. I don’t care for how when you make the 2.99 purchase it says it unlocks everything but it really only unlocks each section for 2.99. So you pay separately for animals, and soundsEbrehm

I love using this timer to help my littles transition between activities. They’ve always been drawn to toys that hatch with a surprise inside, so the graphics are perfect to encourage them to end a task and see who hatched. We purchased the full version so we could access all the characters and graphics. It is totally worth the price because we use it so much. Timer is easy for kids to set to encourage independence. I use this timer to time meal time and play time. We love the egg hatch idea and kids are looking forward to the end of play time now! I also love that there’s a number countdown so i know how many minutes are left. Love this little timer!SusanTang2010
Fun and useful visual timer! My kid loves it
My 5 years old is so motivate to do her dancing exercises, because there is an animal popping up when the timer ends. She even ask to do more exercises. When we are at the playground, I give the “2 more minutes” warning and set the timer, she would always come to me to check the animal - perfect time to leave!mandy tmje
