Never turn up when I book on that app, failed me at least 3 times, terrible service. I understand if you book on the night and it’s busy, but when you book in advance and the booking is accepted, it should be guaranteed

Was very good and realisable now says unavailable 24/7 and cannot book a taxi
Pre-authorised payments
I used to think this app was very good but I’ve noticed on the app it costs more if you are paying by contactless than it does cash and even more if paying by card and on top of that instead of a fixed price it takes an extra £4-5 in pre-authorised payments to book the taxi and it doesn’t go back into your account straight away. I used an app in Manchester with exactly the same set up and the pricing was the same for all across the board and the prices were fixed too so no matter if you got stuck in traffic or had to take a different route it was the same price.

Cannot Book in Advance
I used to use this app all the time, but since it’s been updated to the new design, you’re unable to book taxis in advance.
It looks simple enough, you can schedule a pick up time and date just as you would expect, but the moment you hit confirm, you get a notification saying your driver will be with you ASAP (i.e right now, and not at the future time/date you requested)
This makes booking in advance a nightmare and now I’m back to calling the team directly instead. Shame because this app used to be my go to for booking Venture Taxis.
