So incredibly bad
I honestly think this EV initiative company / corporation / trade group (whatever it is) is designed to thwart EV adoption. The chargers are so so bad and stupidly designed that it’s the only explanation I can come up with. I have tried multiple times to use them and they don’t work and are needlessly complex. I have used tons of other chargers outside of Tesla without issue. These guys are like deliberately impossible to use.Show lessJEKDC
Useless app
I signed up and used an EV initiative charger on the website. I then downloaded the app to try and login with my same account. Seems to be connecting to a completely different database or something as my account did not even exist in the app vs the website. Even the website seems kind of low budget and I’m not sure if I trust it with my credit card info. Also J1772 charger on the map is listed as CCS. This app/site/platform, needs to do much betterShow lessBrawas
Useless
DO NOT DOWNLOAD or USE. Joined app to use chargers at a Mississauga hotel - did not show chargers on map, could not select chargers, unable to connect in any way. No user support whatsoever. App is useless. Seems like it was coded by a child. I inputted my credit card info so I could use the chargers, now I’m worried it’s a fraud.Show lessAUserNameNotYetTaken
Overcharged!
Used their charger at a hotel in Mississauga. I drive a plug in hybrid and it took 90 mins to charge. The app said the rate was 4 cents a minute but they charged me $32.86. I e-mailed to inquire about it 5 days ago and no response from them. I will never use this brand of charger again.kyle.hendsbee
A lot of information required for a questionable app.
I don’t feel comfortable signing up and providing all the required information. Wish they had an option to load credits or something.Rick Seenarine
