This version of Yabie Express contains massive improvements under the hood. We’ve done our best for you not to notice them just yet, but we have great stuff up our sleeve for 2024! New Features: - All Gift Cards are now reloadable. Reload Gift Card is accessible from the Gift Card ledger in the app, or by scanning a gift card when the basket is empty - We’ve added support for PAX terminals through Swedbank Pay Improvements: - Creating or editing Start Pages is is faster and easier thanks to a much more accessible Edit button, right on the start page. - We’ve made big improvements to scanning using the built-in camera. In addition to improvements in speed and accuracy, we have some fancy additions: If there are multiple barcodes available in the scanning area, we’ve made it easy to select the one you need. You can also pinch to zoom the scanning area to help you scan a specific code. Note that these new scanning improvements will not show up on older iPads since they require recent Apple chip versions. - We’ve touched up the payment buttons with new and more meaningful icons. Some payment buttons have new names as well, to make them easier to understand. - If your parked table contains items sold in quantity (3 X Lemonade), it is now possible to select these items individually to be moved to another table - You can finally combine measured items with sales in quantity. For example, if you’re selling 4 cl tequila shots to five people, you can adjust the quantity to five and those five items to the basket once. - Applying a discount from the product detail view is faster and easier - If you’re using the Yabie Screen Customer Display, we’ve now introduced a button on the Customer Display and POS input screens that toggle the input view between seller and customer - If kitchen receipt printing fails while an order is parked, a ”printing failed” screen will now appear and allow the user to fix the issue - As always, a bunch of small improvements to the interface make the app easier and faster to use
