We’ve tested the feature and found it to be working, but we’re happy to investigate further based on your input.

Honestly, we do not understand the issues you are experiencing, as we have thousands of active users. If you are using a VPN, please stop using it and try again. Please send us more details, and we will ensure the issue is fixed for you.
