This new update is trash

Everything was working before the app update and now it is completely wrecked. At first it connected but showed an incorrect charging state from what was displayed on the charger and no voltage or current info displayed. The charger then starting flashing red lights for the first time ever and the app wouldn’t connect even after restarting everything. I had to delete and reinstall the app. Now it connects and shows voltage and current but the charge state is still incorrect and time estimate is wrong. They broke the most essential basic function of the app!!

Rubbish app

This app is rubbish it’s hard to set up and terrible to open someone said the worst app ever and would have to agree absolute rubbish I have already deleted it how can Victron get it so right and this company be so bad

Poor bluetooth connection

The app will not longer connect to my CTEK CS ONE. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Okay first attempt… leaves user wanting more

Manual data entry for username and password feels outdated. Would like to see migration to utilise FaceID on IOS.

Would like to see more information on the charging screen; any stats that at be available would help to make this product feel more ‘smart’.

I’ve actually suffered two defective batteries due to an alternator overcharging issue. Would be nice if the app could tell me a little more info about the damage… if at all feasible.

Login issue is the main thing that stops me using this product more regularly vs a competitor plug and play ‘dumb’ charger. Dated 29/09/2023

Can’t create account with own password

The worst app ever! You even can’t create account with your own password! I created with strong password however now I can’t login!

App is a Nonsense

Why the hell do I need to have an account and login to the app over the Internet (!!) just to use 12V car/motorbike battery charger, connected via Bluetooth?

Works with older iPhone but not 12 onwards

You can’t get past the first screen upon installation as the “next” button fails to appear. Renders the entire thing useless!
