I booth the year subscription and the videos don’t load and will stop and take forever to load. I use it on my phone so not WI-FI and I never have this many problems with any app. Pretty mad I paid for it now.

I paid for the year subscription because my son loves Nikki and Vlad. Most of the apps won’t open or load and just shut off. Save your money!
