I’ve never had a problem with the actual Unified Bank, however the apps are terrible. They never seem to work/download. The app is constantly needing fixed and the side apps they want you to use are always changing/needing fixed as well. I can never log on and see my accounts when I need to the most and it’s frustrating.Show lessMMM@1997

Unable to check bank account
Almost every time I try to check my bank account I get an error about validating my information. Not sure what the point is in having a banking app if you can never get in to see your account balance. This is terrible and needs to be fixed if you can fix it then why even have the app. This is the most annoying thing ever to try and check accounts and it not even work. Please fix the app or get remove the app. Not sure why it’s been months since it’s been up and running and a problem like this still has yet to be fixed.Show lessabbeyrae10
Needs some work
When going from this app to my calculator app this one closes too fast, as in 10-15 seconds. This needs to be changed. It’s hard to do banking like that. It would be easier for me to do it online instead.
Update. I see that this app closing too soon has not been fixed. Please address this. It’s hard to move around from app to app to mobile websites trying to take care of business with this app closing so fast.Show lessBpooch
Can’t access
I have not been able to log into my account since Tuesday night. Keeps saying validating information, wouldn’t bother me to much but we are on lockdown and can’t just go into the bank to see what are pending or posted on our accounts. This is when we kind of need to monitor what we have in our account.Show lessNicoleChaos248
