Sorry for the inconvenience but only apple can give refunds for App Store products. Follow these steps to get your refund. Sign into iTunes on a desktop or laptop machine Choose iTunes store Select Account from the sidebar once you are in the store section of iTunes Scroll down to the "Purchase History" section Choose the "See All" option on the right Find the transaction in the list Locate the tiny itty bitty circle arrow at the left of the transaction information Click the "Report a Problem" button The button will disappear and a link will appear that says "Report a Problem" next to the price. Choose the appropriate link. This will load an external webpage and ask you for your Apple ID and password This should take you to a page with more "Report a Problem" buttons Select the app you are having an issue with and choose the proper case from the drop down menu. Fill out the message explaining your issue and express you would like a refund. Hit submit and Apple will review and keep you posted about your refund.
