  • Terrific Mediation Guidance

    I’m a big fan of the meditations in this app and the simplicity of the design. Fleur is an excellent teacher - I discovered her when she was highlighted on another app and have found her consistent, science-based approach to meditation and mindfulness transformational.

    If there was a way to do the little reflections and voice memo responses like Fleur’s courses on her other platform, I would gladly pay more for the subscription. That bit of engagement and coaching is worth it’s weight in gold.

  • Guides me to calm, understanding, and acceptance every time.

    No matter how complex I think my issues are, Fleur has the ability to address exactly what makes me feel unsettled each and every time. She is outstanding, with great insight, simple language, and a calming voice. It's not that she "fixes" things but instead guides me to accept, understand, or address them myself. A truly great meditation and mindfulness teacher without any religious weirdness. She's also very like able and relatable. Thank you, Fleur!
