Do not buy
They are the worst. I don’t understand why anyone get into a contract with them. The quality is subpar. Camera angles are awful. Sometimes there’s no video streaming. I’ve had to fight charges and won every time. Do not buy. Do not have your club use them. Baller tv is 1000 x better. Oh, and good luck using be the beast for any highlights for your player. Wish I could give zero stars.

Not worth it
I just purchased the streaming for the End of Trails women’s tournament and it was horrible. If I tried to full screen the livestream, the screen went black and didn’t show me anything. At most I could watch 2 minutes of live play during peak times without the screen blacking out and needing to be refreshed. I contacted their IT and they were not helpful at all, nor did they make any real effort to problem solve the issues - they just stated that the camera was working.
In an elite game, the camera was panned out so far that you could see the entire bleachers instead of focusing in on the court and the players. I was eager to see my daughter play, but this was absolutely not worth it. The picture is grainy and pixelated, and it doesn’t follow the ball so when entire plays were often missed. It appears as if they were streaming from a cell phone line without sufficient bandwidth.

Awful…
I would give zero stars if possible!
Purchased to watch my son play baseball in Florida. Spent $70 and not all fields have live stream and the audio comes through about 20 seconds ahead of a play. So you hear cheering or the ball hit the bat before you see it happen. Emailed them and received an email back stating they checked everything and it was working on their end. I sent them video of what we were experiencing and never hear back. Searched for their phone number and it goes directly to voicemail.
Also the screen shows a score graphic but no one updates it so you have no idea what’s going on.
TERRIBLE company and I’ll be challenging the charge with our bank.

What just happened?!
My screen went blank just when my son was walking up to bat! Games were running 4 HOURS late so it was 11 PM, did the person running the video just clock out and leave? We couldn’t find any way to get the live feed going again. We finally just went to bed and waited for our son to call us. The game ended with a walk off home run that we did not get to see. Navigation of the app/site is not easy. I wish I would have saved my $70.

Ala Carte Games?
Weekend volleyball tourney in Houston and they wanted $50 pass to watch games for the 3 day tourney weekend.
The first day of tourney was moved to a different location, so those games were not being streamed. No change in cost, even though it’s now 2 days of livestream instead of 3. No good there, but how about making games a la carte so if you want to watch one game, you pay $10 or $15 for it? Seems like some missed revenue opportunities there.

Worst Setup! Support is horrible!
Worst setup ever, the companies support is even WORSE if you get an answer. You have to send fir a link every time you want to watch. Even in the same day. They say it’s because you’ve tried to login from different devices, which is not true. I never tried to login to more than one device, but yet had to send her a link every single time. Then you have to wait for them to respond to you by then. The game is over. If I could’ve left, no stars in written review, I would have paid 50 bucks for a three month pass to go through all this crap.

Don’t pay to watch live games!!!! Unless you want a 5yr olds perspective operating the camera! Panning away from the action continuously or panning with action only to stop short of seeing a basket being made. The video quality is ok but seems like a fish eyed lense. These national tournaments need to seek out another option like Baller TV. You’re better off driving the the street and throwing $50 out the window.

Rip Off
Paid $50 to watch basketball games and every time I try to watch, I’m asked to pay again. Emailed support to no avail. Even sent a copy of my receipt confirmation email showing I paid. Have yet to be able to watch anything. Save your money!!!!!!!!

The person operating the camera is also slow with panning left and right as the ball gets turned over. Why would anybody ever want to repay and watch a tournament with this type of set up?

Just a money making scam
This is a scam. They charge you for the servi e but don’t provide the service and try to cheat you out of your money by sending a response that they aren’t recording on certain courts! However, you will not know and don’t know in advance what courts teams are playing on. Not worth the hassle. I do not recommended subscribing or purchasing.
