  • Landscape mode support?

Could you please add landscape mode support, I would like to play this while using my physical keyboard too
  • Amazing way to get rid of boredom!

Ever since i have had this game downloaded i’ve enjoyed it, it’s got a very calm and peaceful pace to it as you aren’t rushed or forced to complete anything. As i enjoy games like sudoku this game is perfect for me due to the similar problems! the bonus images that you unlock are great as phone backgrounds aswell!

  • The WORST Picross game I have ever played

I will have to assume that this is purely for fans of the series (of which I am not), and NOT for people looking to play Picross.

Let’s explore all of this app’s problems:
    1. Graphics are ok. The images you unlock are fine and maybe great for fans. The blinding white background on EVERYTHING is pretty bad.
    2. Sound is just awful. The game has one entire music track, just one, and it repeats on a 15 second loop…I’m not exaggerating. This was turned off in less than a minute.
    3. Finally, gameplay is where things go really south. The game doesn’t shy away from giving you larger puzzles, but then gives you no way to zoom in. On the largest iPhone available, I felt like I was going blind trying to play this. Although it does give you large puzzles, they are all very easy. Not a single puzzle here is even remotely challenging. It is also very easy to make a mistake due to the ridiculously small size of the grid, and there is no undo and you will just get 2 stars and have to repeat it again.

In short, get literally any other Picross game and play that instead. Write your own. It will be better than this.

  • Too small for phones and not enough Miku

I’m a big Picross fan having beat all the levels in Picross for DS and Super Famicon. Hatsune Miku Logic puzzle plays fine, as in there we’re zero glitches and it’s a working Picross logic puzzle, but the art in the solutions could have used stronger silhouettes. Usually when you’re 75% of the way through a puzzle, I believe you should be able to guess what the picture is supposed to be based on the shape. There were too many times I’d finish the blob, guess “maybe it’s a bear?” And turns out it’s a key!

I bought this initially for my iPhone 12, but had to switch it to my iPad because the phone’s screen was too small. I’d intend to click one square, my finger would click the one next to it, and I’d have to restart the puzzle to ensure I got a 3 star rating. Not because I’m bad at the game, but because even my small fingers are too big. There is an option to select only one row at a time and drag from there, but it’s really slow. Sadly though, putting it on iPad stretched out the pictures you get as prizes so there’s artifacts smeared all over a giant screen.

Finally, there’s just not enough Miku in this Miku game. The Vocaloid characters only show up as solutions to the 4 giant board puzzles and as the artwork you get for completing the puzzles (which you can’t do anything with). All the 150+ regular puzzle solutions are generic things like keys, bears, and waffles. And given Vocaloid is a music app, you’d think the music’s great right? Nope, it’s one generic techno song on a 30 second loop.

If you really want a Picross-style logic puzzle for your iPad, this could do the job, but don’t expect clever silhouette art or much Hatsune Miku

  • Ok game…

The puzzles were cute and some were actually pretty challenging, but where’s the extra content? I finished the entire game in a week since I throughly enjoyed the puzzles, but I found that there’s no more puzzles to do. Will there be additional puzzles added to the game?
  • Decent puzzler, awful music

For a nonogram puzzle game, this is fine for the price. Sadly the background music is a huge letdown. With the game being associated to a character well-known for their music, I was hoping for a little more than the same ~5 second loop on every single puzzle.
  • I love picross-style games!

This one is pretty nice too!
Wish there was an option to disable the correction/mistake counter. I like to solve puzzles without feeling the pressure of restarting them in case I make a mistake (which you need to do if you want to get 3 stars).
Other than that, would recommend :)

(Also it says “language: Japanese” but it's completely in English so dw)
