Password for state protocols?

As someone new to EMS as a whole having these easy access protocols was very helpful for on the fly references. This password update was horrible

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations, but the generic State protocols do not require a password to download and view. Passwords are only required for the select agencies hosted on the hub. Hi there, T generic State protocols do not require a password to download and view. Passwords are only required for the select agencies hosted on the hub. Password?!

Why do I need a password to download the state protocols? Even before the app was updated I had issues but atleast I could see the protocols… most of the time.

Some Protocols missing

Great resource, but some protocols are missing. It will show a blank screen with the protocol name and size of the pdf document. This is extremely frustrating.
