I like this app. It’s way more easier than the app through my apartment and way more comprehensible
Maintenance TIcketing System Is Not FUnctioning
I have created four tickets some of which are more than a month old. They all show open and there is no status that even indicates if they have been read. THis makes for a very poor design. TIcket systems should have status that is updated and indicates when the ticket was last read by service.

Hello there this app doesn’t work like you would hope it to
For instance I have been trying to pay my rent for the last two days and every time I try to submit the payment my credit union fraud department declines the transaction so then I have to call the credit union and ask them to allow the payment and so I go back to the app and then I try to submit my payment and then the app says that they cannot process my payment because my card was recently declined and I am unable to pay my rent on time and I am getting upset with the situation
I have heard talk that Steven Scott is not going to be the building management company anymore because of the way they have managed the building for the owners other than that the place is nice and I am not sure what exactly to do about the problem with the app and my credit union fraud department when there is fraud on my card the credit union don’t ever flag them transactions but when it’s legit they always have to decline the transaction who could truck? lol
