I have never written a review for anything regarding any apps. However I am compelled to leave this review based on the response I got when I raised a concern about an overcharge. Here I am about to copy and paste my conversation between the juggernaut and myself.
Hello,
As a south Asian Indian, I was definitely drawn by the content of the juggernaut. Therefore I subscribed to this app due to the fact that it was being advertised for 60% off.
I should only be billed $3.99 for an annual subscription. However, there has been a charge for over $50. I would like a refund and cancellation of my subscription overall. If I were being charged $3.99 annually, I would have kept it but since I am being overcharged, I wish not to keep access to this subscription.
Please cancel and refund.

I am looking directly at the charges on the attached image from your very own website. It clearly states the annual charge is 3.99 (60% off) have you not looked at the attached image. This is very sad that you are telling me one price yet I am showing you a price that is advertised on your website. It literally says “$3.99/ mo -60% off”

This app doesn’t open saved articles. I have been trying for two days, it keep loading forever and forever. Please look into this immediately. I love to read the articles, but I cannot use the laptop all the time.Swethainty
