Overcharge/complete lie about prices
Hello,
As a south Asian Indian, I was definitely drawn by the content of the juggernaut. Therefore I subscribed to this app due to the fact that it was being advertised for 60% off.
I should only be billed $3.99 for an annual subscription. However, there has been a charge for over $50. I would like a refund and cancellation of my subscription overall. If I were being charged $3.99 annually, I would have kept it but since I am being overcharged, I wish not to keep access to this subscription.
Please cancel and refund.

Please do know that the funds are going directly to diverse reporters and illustrators (over 90% identify as people of color) — thanks to subscribers like you. To date, all of our subscription revenue has gone directly to journalists and illustrators, and we are not yet profitable. These funds are critical in supporting an independent newsroom.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, as you were not overcharged — "$3.99 / mo" is indeed the monthly rate (for an annual total of $52.13). We also include this disclaimer prior to your checkout:

I am looking directly at the charges on the attached image from your very own website. It clearly states the annual charge is 3.99 (60% off) have you not looked at the attached image. This is very sad that you are telling me one price yet I am showing you a price that is advertised on your website. It literally says “$3.99/ mo -60% off”

This is exactly what it says word for work. Please look at the attached image from your website.
